Rear wing and former mews to Emberton House (qv). Early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Three-unit plan, double depth to right range.
EXTERIOR: Single storey, and two storeys to rear left range. Right hand range extension to left return of Emberton house. Parapet, cornice, balconette to six/six-pane sash window, and basement area. Coped wall to left, approx 2.5m high, stepped forward to street level, has wide C20 double garage doors to left. Two semicircular arches to centre, one to left archway to courtyard, that to right over recess with panel door glazed to top. Left hand two window ranges to rear of courtyard has coped parapet, cornice and two six/six-pane sash windows to first floor.
