Detached house, now commercial premises. Early C19 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Rendered, some exposed rubble, slate roof.
PLAN: Single depth symmetrical range with full width addition across rear to swept down roof.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, five windows, all plain sash in painted plat surrounds and to deep stooled sills, central window to first floor with arched head. Central pair of doors in porch with fluted Ionic columns to very thin cornice and low pitched plain pediment, inner doors panelled. Coped gables have lofty two stage ashlar stacks, and right hand gable, in rubble, has further small stack to rear.
