GV II

Eight terrace houses stepped uphill from No.1 to right (west). Late C18 with C20 addition.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched slate and pantile roofs with moulded stacks to party walls.
PLAN: Double depth plans with rear wings.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, one, two and three-window fronts. No.1, now shop, painted with pantile roof, dentil cornice and frieze below C20 parapet, first floor platband, six/six-pane sash windows with some crown glass to upper floors, C19 projecting shop to right, six-panel door glazed to top under stone hood on brackets. No.2 is similar with pantile roof and reeded cornice. Nos 3-8 are similar two and three-window range with double Roman tile roofs and plate glass sash windows, six-panel doors glazed to top with various hoods and porches, that to No.8 projecting and enclosed.
INTERIORS: No.2 inspected 1984, original stairs with Doric newel and square banisters.
