Detached house at right-angle to road. Early C19 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to left return, double pitched roof with moulded kneelers, slate to front slope and concrete double Roman tiles to rest, moulded stacks to coped gable ends.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, symmetrical three-window front. Chamfered arrises and some crown glass to six/six-pane sash windows, central simple enclosed stone porch over six-panel door glazed to top. Various C20 fenestration to rear.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
