Former house, now a shop (rear of Rossiters). c1840. Single storey shop projection to street of mid C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double pitched double Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys to set back main block, three-window front. Coped parapet, stopped cornice, six/six-pane sash windows to upper floors, second floor sill band, raised surrounds and cornices to first floor. Mid C19 single storey shop possibly occupying former front garden, extends forward to street line. To right moulded architrave and blocked overlight to four-panel door, to left C20 door, to centre large two-pane plate glass window in moulded architrave flanked by tall consoles on C20 fascia.
