Housing Association accommodation, formerly a house. Early/mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with slate roof behind parapet.
EXTERIOR: West elevation of one bay and two storeys; ground floor blind below a string course. Above one six over six hornless timber sash window below a shallow fascia, cornice and parapet. Attached to the north a tall wall enclosing a small court, plain limestone ashlar with raised narrow string course and simple cornice/coping. Centrally there is a bold entrance with architrave topped with a closed pediment with modillions beneath. North courtyard elevation of two storeys and four bays with an off-set full height bay comprising three four over four timber sashes on each floor. Rusticated ground floor, string course with shallow fascia, cornice and parapet above. Panelled timber door to east of bay window. West courtyard elevation of two storeys and one bay; one hornless six over six timber sash window to each floor, string course at first floor with shallow fascia, cornice and parapet above.
