Former public house, now (2002) converted to flats. Late C19 or early C20 front, building double width and conversion of two previous early C19 houses.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, concrete tile roof.
PLAN: Broad frontage building in stepped row.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, plus one or two lower ground floors, three windows, plain casements to narrow chamfered stone mullions. Top floor has three three-light windows, and first floor triple lights each side of flat canted oriel on stone bracket in recessed two storey panel with very flat four-centred head, and each window with stopped drip, higher to central window. Ground floor are four-light casements with drips each side of plank door to flat four-centre head and paired small casements in central panel. Moulded cornice with blocking course, raised over middle bay, and ashlar stacks at each end. Rear not accessible.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
