House in stepped row. c1820.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys plus lower ground floor(s), created by drop in site from street front, two windows, all sashes, plain above four-pane, one with balconette, and at ground floor one plain and to left six-panel door in broad architrave and small single light. Small plinth dying to pavement, left, cornice, blocking course and parapet, and small access dormer in roof.
