House. c1770 with late C19 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen with moulded stack to left party wall.
PLAN: Double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys including attic storey, basement, three-window front. Coped parapet to left rises over forward facing gable end to right, modillion cornice and ground floor platband continue from right return of No.23 Brock Street to left, six/six-pane sash windows without horns, three to attic with blind central window, splayed reveals to second, first and ground floors, two windows to ground floor and late C19 half glazed bolection moulded four-panel door to left has tall overlight.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
