Pair of houses. c1840 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, hipped slate roof with moulded stack to party wall.
PLAN: Double depth plans.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, each house has single window range. Plain central pilaster, plinth and ground floor platband frame plate glass sash windows. Single storey porches to returns have cornices at platband-level, low-coped parapets and semicircular arched fanlights. No. 3 has six-panel door and two-panes to fanlight. No. 4 has five-panel door.
INTERIORS: Not inspected but noted as having four-panel doors.
