Pair of houses. c1840 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, continuous hipped slate roof with moulded stacks to party wall and gable ends.
PLAN: Single depth plan with C20 two storey rear additions.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, each house has symmetrical three-window range. Continuous ground floor platband and plinth, plate glass sash windows, those to first floor at eaves level, those to ground floor with bracketed sills. Four-panel doors with overlights. Left return plain, right return has C20 windows.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
