Former farmhouse, now house. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone rubble, steeply pitched C19 or C20 ornamental glazed tile roof with tall stacks to left of centre ridge and right gable end. To left gable end truncated external stack.
PLAN: Three-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, three-window range. Painted stone mullions to C19 three-light three-pane casement windows at eaves level, similar windows to ground floor with relieving arches and hoodmoulds, three-light window to left of left of centre door, two four-light windows to right flanking single-light window. Projecting step gabled porch over studded door with wrought iron strap hinges in moulded frame.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but known to have blocked open fireplace.
