Terrace house. Mid C18.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, coursed and squared masonry to gables, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Lofty double depth property in three storeys, attic and basement, three windows. First Floor has three six/six pane sashes in splayed reveals. Second floor has three smaller six/six pane sashes, and two four-pane dormers in steep mansard roof above twelve-pane in splays except to second floor, and twenty-pane sashes to basement. Ground floor has two six/six pane sashes and to right five-panel door, the top panel glazed, in moulded architrave with flat hood on consoles, and on four stone steps to landing. Strings at three levels, including basement, moulded cornice with blocking course and parapet, coped gables, with deep stacks.
INTERIOR: Inspected 1975, panelled throughout, much original fabric remaining in situ.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Across front, and returned to doorway, simple railing on ashlar curb enclosing basement area.
