Formerly known as: Nos 10-22 (consec) & No.1 Belvedere Place MORFORD STREET. Terrace house. c1775-1789 with C19 and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, now painted, with timber bressumer over ground floor, ashlar and rubble to rear, double pile roof, parapeted to front, covering not visible to front, pantile to rear, with coped party wall with ashlar stack to front.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, probable former basement now inaccessible, single bay two-window front. First floor has two paired plate glass horned sashes in plain reveals with continuous stone sill with continuous wrought iron balconette, second floor has similar paired windows. Ground floor has to right C20 five-panel door in moulded architrave with frieze and projecting moulded cornice over, to left through former ground floor room of house pedestrian passage giving access to rear of flats. Band course over ground floor, moulded eaves cornice and coped parapet rebuilt in reconstituted stone. Rear elevation has six/six-sash with wrought iron balconette to second floor, six/six-horned sash to first floor, C20 windows to staircase, opening of pedestrian through passage to ground floor.
