Terrace house. Early C19 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, slate mansard roof with moulded stack to right gable end.
PLAN: Trapezoid plan tapering to rear right.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and basement, two-window range. Coped parapet and stopped coved cornice, two horned six/six-pane sash windows to each floor, set back six-panel door and overlight to left, two shallow C20 windows with grilles set in basement wall.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
