Terrace house. c1800 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front and rear, double pile parapeted roof, form and covering of roof not visible behind parapet, coped party wall with two ashlar stacks to left. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storey, two-window range. First floor has two six/six-sashes in plain reveals with stone sills with C20 balconettes, second floor has two similar windows without balconettes. Ground floor has similar sash in splayed reveal with stone sill to left, to right two six-panel doors with flush beaded, recessed and glazed panels, to centre right with single-pane overlight, to far right with three-pane window above door to left. Timber bressumer over ground floor with painted numerals 16 above door to centre right, coved eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation partially visible has C20 sashes to first floor and to left flank wall to second floor, otherwise blind.
