Lodge. 1825-1827. By Samuel and Philip Flood Page.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof not visible.
PLAN: Single depth plan.
STYLE: Greek Revival style.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, but ground storey larger than first and projects to south. Paired pilasters supporting entablature which continues on returns. Repeated on first floor, six/six-sash below, three/six-sash above. Garden front is blind, but has framing articulation of paired and single pilasters, full size blind window recesses below, smaller ones above. Street front has part glazed door and two-sash windows on ground floor, above one three/six-sash and one blind recess.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: The Lodge backs onto and is attached to part of Partis College (qv), an outstanding Greek Revival enclave. SOURCES: Ison W: The Georgian Buildings of Bath: Bath: 1980-: 78.
