Early or mid C19. Ashlar. Hipped slate roof. 2 storeys. Moulded eaves cornice. Continuous 1st floor sill. Rounded corner. 3 ranges of sashes with glazing bars to Zetland Street, one on corner, one to Queensgate. 2 doors (one with 4 moulded panels), fanlights with glazing bars in stone frames with entablatures.
