Commemorating ten men from Derwent Woodlands in the Peak District who lost their lives in the 1914 - 1918 war. The village was flooded in 1943 by the Ladybower reservoir. The memorial was moved to the side of the reservoir perimeter road. Off the access road to Ladybower and Derwent Reservoirs, sited on southwestern side of the road.
