Description

C H J Smith, landscape gardener, Edinburgh 1844; later
alterations. Extensive random rubble walling enclosing garden
area, with occasional arched gateway with stone cope, (eg
opposite Grays Cottage). The moulded coping of the wall is of
a coarse concrete mix with medium sized pebbles as aggregate.
