Stewart C Paterson of Glasgow.
Built circa 1929, but with alterations. Single storey
and attic cottage in Arts and Crafts manner. white-harled,
with contrasting red brick dressings and swept-eaved
red-tiled roofs. East (front) elevation has 2 large French
windows inserted, gable to left has ground floor window
continued on south return. North and south facing gable
heads both jettied above timber attic circle, and tile-hung.
Original glazing leaded; brick cornice; pair yellow
brick stacks.
