Description

John Wittet, architect, Elgin, 1905. S facing gabled
asymmetrical 3-bay house. tooled coursed rubble, tooled
ashlar dressings. Centre door with projecting canted
window to left and tripartite at right. Centre 1st floor
window under round-headed, ball-finialled gablet;
elsewhere bipartites in 1st floor; multi-pane glazing in
upper lights of sash and case windows. Attenuated apex
finials; coped end stacks; slate roof.
