Early 19th century. 2-storey, irregular 3-bay house facing
harbour (originally 2 dwellings). Rendered and lined as
ashlar, contrasting painted margins. 2 entrances; 2 ground
and 3 1st floor windows; varied glazing. Coped end and ridge
stacks; pantiled roof.
