Description

Earlier-mid 19th century. Single storey with attic pair of cottages, adjoined to form U-plan. Harled, with red Turriff sandstone margins.

S ELEVATION: symmetrical, later gabled porch to centre with bracketted eaves; door with letterbox fanlight. 2 narrow windows flanking. Outer bays advanced and gabled, with windows at ground, small round-arched attic windows.

E ELEVATION: 3-bay; door to centre, windows flanking 2 flat-roofed dormers to attic.

W ELEVATION: 2-bay; window to left at ground, single flat-roofed dormer to attic. Flat-roofed addition to N, rear gable. Sash and case windows with variety of glazing patterns. Ashlar coped skews, margined stacks with some decorative cans retained.
