Dated 1808, with further earlier 19th century additions,
presenting 2-storey and attic, Z-plan frontage to street,
with various rear additions. All red rubble with
contrasting tooled dressings. Centre south facing 1808
core of 2-storeys and attic, 3 bays with centre door, and
flanking slightly lower, 2-storey, 2-bay wings. West wing
masked by projecting 2-storey and attic, 3-bay extension
at right angles to frontage; east wing has 2-storey,
3-bay wing to rear, with door in centre of symmetrical
east elevation. 4 early 19th century piended dormers
mainly 12-pane glazing; end and ridge stacks; slate
roofs.
Modern glazed sun porch and covered way mask portions of
frontage.
