Dated 1864. S facing single storey and attic estate lodge.
Tooled rubble, tooled ashlar dressings. Projecting
gabled 2-storey centre bay with entrance in ground floor
and slightly jettied 1st floor with datestone and
bipartite. 2 gabled dormers with sliding sash windows;
mainly 12-pane glazing; coped end stacks; grey slate roof
banded with green Cumbrian slates; projecting eaves.
Sutherland estate style of architecture; sliding sash
windows also a feature of estate dwellings.
