Probably John Robertson, Inverness, 1907. 2-storey, square service court; bullfaced rubble, contrasting polished ashlar sandstone dressings.
Wide Tudor arched centre entrance in west facade, with moulded reveals and hoodmould, flanked by canted bay windows rising above crenellated detailing. Bipartites in ground and in centre 1st floor above arch; 2-pane glazing.
Decorative cast- and wrought-iron pair gates close entrance; original down-water pipes with rainheads decorated with winged figures (as at Castle); corniced end stacks; slate roof.
Some modern garage entrances, slapped within court.
