Built circa 1900. Curved, 10 segmental arches; brick arch rings, piers and abutments rock-faced masonry; low stone parapet, surmounted by modern metal safety railing, older original iron railings in part.
Sited near Auchendinny on the Edinburgh and Penicuik Railway (opened 1872) which was amalgamated with the North British Railway in 1876. Ceased to operate commercially in 1967, but is now part of a walk/ cycle path.
