Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, U-plan, former stables, now converted to residential use. Painted harl with polished margins and dressings.

NW (MAIN) ELEVATION: gable of W wing advanced to outer left, consoled skewputts; segmental-arched former cart arch, glazed with French doors; loft window above; small window on right return. NW range with lean-to scullery at centre ground, tall wallhead stack; window to outer left. Piend-roofed N wing advanced to outer right, window at centre.

Small-pane glazing patterns. Grey slate roof (piend and gabled). Gable and wallhead stacks.

The stables have been converted to residential use. Catter House and the walled garden are listed separately.
