Built 1815. 2-storey over basement, 3-bay former manse. Set on steep slope, with single storey offices to east, at basement level, erected 1828. South elevation: house built of coursed and squared whin rubble with contrasting long and short ashlar dressings and raised quoins (basement and gables harled); central panelled door with painted,
pilastered doorpiece; 12-pane sashes; 2 piended dormers; straight skews; corniced end stacks; slate roof. L-plan offices are rubble built, with ashlar dressings; single segmental-arched cart opening and altered rectangular garage opening; door and window openings all square-headed; slate roof. Piend-roofed rectangular plan structure (now a garage) to south west has ashlar front and may have been built as a session house.
