Description

Quadrangular harled mansion of several dates. NORTH BLOCK
3-storey and attic rectangular tower house with angle
turrets, mid 17th century. 2-STOREY ANGLE PAVILIONS mid 18th
century. EAST BLOCK mid 18th century as 2-storey entrance
front containing principal rooms, rebuilt to 3-storey with
piend roof and dentilled cornice c. 1799-1800. SOUTH BLOCK
1797 on site of old kitchen, 3-storey with dummy turrets to
match those on the N. 3 windows S. front tripartites l. and
r. with flush-pedimented Venetians at 1st. WEST BLOCK 1868
on site of courtyard wall, 2-storey and attic incorporating
some 17th century features. E. porch and W. roundels
(incorporating some 17th century dressed work) 1900 and 1906.
