Description

Built for Belle Black, later Lady Gordon (+1824). Tudor, 2-storey 3-window harled with margins, hoodmoulds door and 1st; heavy crenellated parapet on corbel-course, crowstepped gables and big shafted chimneys.

Statement of Interest

The house is said to have been built by General William Gordon before his marriage but in its present form at least looks later.
