Early 18th century. L-shaped building dwelling house to W
elevation, barn and storage to E. Built on steeply sloping
site. Random rubble walling with boulder base, painted or
rendered. W elevation single-storey to right dropping to 2
storeys at left gable, due to site. Formerly 2 single storey
cottages, now combined with second door now window. Bipartite
or single-light windows, plate glass sashes.
E elevation with pebble-dashed barn adjoining 2-storey gable
of modern cottage.
The whole building recently re-roofed with slate.
