Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Painted rubble
with rusticated quoins and raised margins. Doric pedimented
portico with dentil band separating door and fanlight. All
windows single light sashes, plate glass to 1st, 4-pane to
ground. Eaves band; moulded eaves cornice. Slate roofs, skew
blocks, corniced end stacks. Rear elevation with 2-story
brick extension and modern dormers.
INTERIOR: central dog-leg stair. Timber lined dado. Panelled
doors.
