Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Coursed and squared rubble, random rubble to sides and rear, squared rubble quoins.
W ELEVATION: symmetrical. Deep-set modern timber door to centre at ground with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor.
E ELEVATION: later lean-to projections at ground floor, stair window to centre and further window in bay to right at 1st floor.
N ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation.
4-pane glazing pattern in modern hardwood sash and case windows. Modern red pantiles. Coped harled stacks with thackstanes; ashlar-coped skews.
BOUNDARY WALLS: high coped rubble boundary walls.
