Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, with 1st floor breaking eaves, 3-bay house, in terrace. Harled. Painted architraved margins. Painted base course.

S (MILL STREET) ELEVATION: deep-set door at centre. Windows to both floors in outer bays; gabled dormerheads to windows at 1st floor. Low painted wall adjoined to right.

W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 15 Mill Street.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 19 Mill Street (see separate listing).

4-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Coped mutual skew to SE. Harled mutual stack to W. Purple slates. Octagonal cans.
