2-storey rubble: 9-window elevation, end 3 advanced: centre
consoled and pedimented doorway flanked by tripartites.
Simple Renaissance. David Smart, architect (? c.1871, added
to ward blocks by C. Edward, Dundee, 1864, now somewhat
altered.
