Statement of Interest

This house is B listed despite the small modern addition and unsympathetic dry dash to side and rear, on account of its apparent 18th century ground floor, prominent site and proximity to the mill. The Mill House is part of a B group with New Mill of Knapp and the Former Road Bridge over Knapp Burn. See also NOTES to New Mill of Knapp.
