Late 18th-early 19th century. 2-storey, sandstone coursed rubble with ashlar dressings irregular openings. At ground, from left, 2 windows, door (converted to window), door, 2 windows. At first 4 irregularly spaced windows. All openings have margins, as do ends. Eaves band and base course. Windows 4-pane sash and case. Roof slated over skews, gable-head plain coped chimney stacks. At rear projecting semicircular stair bay, fenestration altered. Converted to 4 flats 1992, retaining original external appearance.
