Early 19th century. Single storey, rectangular-plan, detached cottage. White painted rubble, ashlar quoins, slate roof. Coped end stacks. FRONT ELEVATION: 2-leaf boarded door to centre, 4-pane window to right. 2 rooflights.

REAR ELEVATION: boarded door to right, 8-pane window to left.

Rooflight.

INTERIOR: partitions removed; chimneypiece with ashlar cheeks and lintel, sway.
