Description

William Baillie, of Glasgow, 1913. 3-storey symmetrical commercial/ domestic block with renaissance details, thistle-finialed and crowstepped outer gables, integrated and platformed steep-pitched french (slate) roofs, large but delicate open-worked iron crown at centre; modern shop at ground; contrasting grey/red ashlar above, banded at 2nd floor, arched outer panels reach in to gable heads; lower gable central, with square bartizans. Sash windows.
