Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan lodge. Ashlar. Projecting eaves.
MAIN ELEVATION: 3 bays symmetrically disposed, piend-roofed, canted columned porch at centre; flanking windows now blocked.
Windows blocked. Slate roof, most now removed; centre ridge stack.
GATEPIERS AND RAILINGS: gatepiers with recessed panel at centre, depressed pyramidal caps. Cast-iron arrowhead railings.
The lodge was refurbished in early 1996.
