Description

L-plan house, early 19th century south facing older portion of
2 storeys, 3 bays, with circa 1850 2-storey, 3-bay addition at
right angles at east gable. Squared rubble earlier portion,
stugged rubble to later block, tooled ashlar dressings
throughout. Centre door in earlier portion now window; 1st floor
windows raised in mid-19th century. 12-pane glazing. East facade
with projecting gabled centre porch, corniced ground floor
windows; 1st floor windows raised through eaves in gabletted
dormers; lying-pane glazing to front and in south gable (1
blind window). Corniced end and ridge stacks; slate roof.
