James Henderson c. 1845 as Free Church Manse. 2-storey harled
with margins and masonry dormer heads, L-plan front with
ashlar porch in angle based on contemporary Smith manse
types.

Statement of Interest

The Free Church and School nearby are also by Henderson

(Contracts) May 8 1844) but are disused. Church simple Tudor

with centre of S. front canted with bellcote.
