Description

House 2-storey 3-window harl-pointed rubble, late 18th
century with later porch. Originally an inn, became
schoolhouse 1861 when single-storey rough ashlar schoolroom
with broad-eaved low-pitched roof was added.

Statement of Interest

The boys' school. The girls' school (May 16th 1860) has

been replaced by a modern school.
