Later 18th century. Original house 2-storey L-plan, SW arm
extended lightly later to give 5-window SE frontage, 2-window
SW gable; modern pebble dash harl with margins, ashlar chimneys
with copes, basement milk house.
1886 NW wing to later extension, taller roof, coursed red
sandstone with tripartite windows. Railed garden wall.
Formerly called Slap. The estate of Fintry belonged to the
family of Forbes of "Touchon" (Tolquhon) was bought 1726 by
Lord Braco, descended to Earls Fife.
