Description

Later 18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay farmhouse, with single storey wing (possibly originally part of steading) to front. Random sandstone rubble, out-of-character concrete tile roof. Out-of-character top-opening windows, crowstepped gables with beak skewputts, coped end stacks with thackstanes.

FRONT ELEVATION: porch to centre with swept roof, single storey wing advanced to left.

REAR ELEVATION: 2 windows to ground and 1st floor; flat-roofed addition to left return gable, modern glazed addition to right return, single storey, slate roofed brick outhouse advanced at angle to right. INTERIOR: not seen.

B listed despite modern windows and concrete tile roof on account of its 18th century date.
