1909. Granite obelisk monument on plinth. Saddleback coping with iron railings forming enclosure; supporting posts with flattened heads.

Statement of Interest

Plaque reads "erected by the inhabitants of Yetholm, and other friends, to the memory of MAJOR-GENERAL WAUCHOPE, CB, CMC, of Yetholm, who fell in battle while leading his troops at Macersfontein, 11th December 1909".
