SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; deep-set boarded door. Single windows in bays to left and right.

NE (REAR) ELEVATION: single windows to outer left and right. 2 small windows to centre.

4-pane glazing sash and case windows to SW; small-pane glazing patterns to sash and case windows to rear. Grey slate roof; double cat-slide dormer to NE; harled gablehead stacks to NW and SE; single moulded octagonal can to each stack; coped gables.

Statement of Interest

The cottage is situated on the B6352 at the junction with the Cherrytrees Road. There is a finger signpost to NW, and an Edward VII letterbox set in the NW boundary wall. Gable-shaped panel to SE gable wall indicates that some structure adjoined the cottage.
