Dated 1910. 2-storey farmhouse on banks of River Deveron. Coursed and whinstone pinned, stugged (cherry-cocked) granite, with base course, stone mullions to bipartites. Door to centre with date plaque above. Bipartites flanking at ground, windows to outer bays at 1st floor, breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads with ball finials. Single-storey addition at right angles at rear with clasping roof. Greenhouse lean-to on gable end. Sash and case windows with 2- and 4-pane glazing pattern. Ashlar coped skews with beak-bracketed skewputts, coped ashlar stacks, purple slates.
